Client Success Manager
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You will work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities
- Follow customer support practices
- Provide technical and product support
- Delivering and communicating ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle
- Being the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality
- Quarterbacking experiences by various cross-functional teams at Airsset, on behalf of the customer
- Providing feedback to the product team on customer requested improvements
- Proficient in G Suite, specifically Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
- Knowledge of customer service practices
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
- Ability to work independently but also within a team environment
